Full 4130 Chromoly 1986 Sea Foam Custom RL 20 II Prostyler Frame, Fork (with threaded pegs), and Forklifter Handlebar are built to era specifications. All parts are masked and painted to match the RL 20 II specifications of that year, although Sea Foam is a new custom color limited to the RL 40 range of Prostylers. The frame features a dual-color combo (Sea Foam base with black added to the BB area), dot gradient paint splatter decals, and Sea Foam 4-bolt Forklifter stem and handlebars, with chrome-plated knurled clamp section.
